History has repeated itself — and in the most glorious way. The Mpigi Light College Netball Team has once again emerged champions of the Mpigi District Post-Primary Regional Netball Games, claiming the 2025 title in spectacular fashion. This marks their third consecutive victory, having also brought home the trophy in 2023 and 2024.

With unmatched teamwork, sharp coordination, and relentless energy on the court, the team powered through each match, defeating top competitors from across the district to defend their title and keep the legacy alive.

“We knew we had a target on our backs, but that only made us stronger. We came to win — and we did it together,” said the team captain with pride.

This victory cements Mpigi Light College’s reputation as a true powerhouse in girls’ sports within the region. The dedication of the players, the strategic brilliance of their coach, and the unwavering support from the school community all played a role in this remarkable achievement.

“Three years in a row is not luck — it’s discipline, training, and heart,” said the Head of Sports.
