📚 1. Academic Documents
Applicants must provide proof of their academic background:
PLE results slip (for Senior One applicants)
UCE results slip (for Senior Five applicants)
Most recent report cards (for students transferring from other schools)

🧾 2. Completed Admission Form
Obtainable from the school office or downloadable from the school website.
Must be fully filled, signed by the parent/guardian, and submitted on or before the application deadline.
Forms include student bio-data, medical information, and parent/guardian details.

Submit two (2) current passport-sized photographs.
The photos should have a clear background and show the full face.
